How many emails can I get, for example, from 10,000 credits?down

It depends a lot on the niche in which your business operates and the way in which you extract the data (by followers, likes, comments, hashtags...). The average is 9 – 45%. That is, with 10,000 credits, you can get 2,000 user profiles, between 180 and 900 emails or more. you can also choose "only results with email" to export users who has email data, but it costs 40x credits, can get 1000 emails.

How long are credits valid? Can unused credits be accumulated?down

For credits purchased monthly, they are valid for at most 6 month from the date of subscription. If you cancel your plan, credits will be consistent with the expiration time of the order. For credits purchased one-time, they are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

What payment methods can I use?down

Can I purchase other credit packages if I have already purchased a credit package?down

How to cancel my subscription?down
